You may return any item within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.
Conditions for Return
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
How to Return
- Email us at support@primaxofficial.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll confirm your return request within 24 hours
- Ship the item back to our address (provided upon confirmation)
- Refund or exchange processed within 3–5 working days of receiving the item
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? We offer free exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Simply follow the return process above and mention your preferred replacement item.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
